"Rang through an order at 6.50pm. Told 15 mins. Arrived there at 7.10 to be told "5 more mins ". After several more attempts to get an update we finally got info that we need to wait a further 10mins - at 7.40pm. Finally got out order at 7.50. An hour !! And no apology from the owner - only a 'hey we say 15-20mins average and it's taking that long. Big deal' the poor junior on duty had to handle it and she did well. Pizza a 5 service a 1 !"
