"We booked a table, so there was no waiting time, and eating didn't take long. I had the cannelloni and my mother ordered a gluten free-american with anchovy. they were both delicious, although we fought to finish them because the portions were so big! patricia was our waitress, and it was an absolute pleasure served by her. she had a very friendly and bubbly personality and made our visit much more fun! thank you."

"Came to the venue after finishing work with some colleagues. Such a beautiful venue. Was served by Tom and Ben who wonderfully pointed out the Happy Hour promotion that was on offer! Spoke with Chris about booking some space for another visit soon and he who was extremely helpful. He gave me a tour of the venue (3 floors) and recommended space that would be more suited to my booking! Will be visiting again soon!"

"We went to this place a couple of times. We did not have a reservation however we they found a table for us. The waitress who was a young lady at the bar was really kind and helpful and the food was good. The second time we were put at the bar and it was rather uncomfortable to eat the meal. And the staff who escorted us in did not bother to take our order, and even the lady with short hair who was at the bar was not so cheerful. They don't smile at all. It is sad as the food is good. Update: After 3 months we decided to give it another chance because the food was good. However, we didn't receive any service at all and the staff was completely dismissive of our presence and continued to chat amongst themselves. We walked out."

"The Swan dates back to 1721. It has had a long and interesting history. The selection of pub meals are fantastic and mostly under 10.00 My favorites are the steak ale pie for 9.95 and comes with mashed potatoes, red cabbage, carrots and peas and it is a man sized moral. Another pub favorite I'd their fish and chips. A favorite pub of the locals. Their pints of ale are the lowest prices we found anywhere in London."
