"Fabulous fish and chips there today. Service is little bit sketchy at times, but you have to recognise many staff or actually volunteers which assists the social enterprise to plough more of the returns back into it's benevolent work. Staff checked we have checked in and checked our vaccination status. Safe place. Ace place!"

"We had a great experience at The Main! Love the overall appearance, vibe and atmosphere. Staff are super friendly. I was also happy to see how many vegan options were available. <br/ <br/ We tried: <br/ Trio of Dips the bread was crusty, oily and yum! With hummus, eggplant and pumpkin dips. SO good. <br/ Superfood Salad a generous serving of greens, avo, asparagus, nuts, chickpeas, all the good stuff. <br/ Vegan brownie AMAZING. Def recommend you get this whether you're a vegan or not hehe <br/ Espresso martini was delicious too. <br/ <br/ Such a great place for dinner, drinks, with fam or friends."

"Wow what a hidden gem! Great for anyone... For small kids there is a playground and they can run around for ages! Food was so scrumptious, as was the coffee. Breakfast and lunch menus, check for the dinner nights. Friendly staff. Would recommend booking, particularly lunch as it was getting busy. Lovely view looking down the paddock."

"Regular readers of this blog will know that I have an issue with bakeries using the word ‘patisserie’. However, this time round Brent is well entitled to use such a term. My vanilla slice was outstanding. Selling at a very reasonable $3.80, it was proportioned for the fuller gentlemen and was quite an effort to complete. Nevertheless, I endeavoured and my moustache took a hammering, reserving some custard for snacking later on.The custard was delightful. A really rich, creamy and whipped texture, not overly sweet and packed full of vanilla. There was a mound of it too, hard to contain once I got under way and the potential to make a real mess. The pastry was deceptively crunchy, baked in thin, compacted layers and gave the slice a great platform to pick up and eat freestyle. One only slight negative was the thickness of the icing; though in actual fact the sweetness offset the richness and creaminess of the custard quite well.A real triumph in the North."
