"The staff here are rude, incompetent and lazy! Had to wait over 30 minutes for food to come to the table, which was totally the wrong order which the waiter found funny. I went to the counter to complain and the waitress was too busy playing with her hair to bother with my order. Food hygiene comes to mind! And on the subject of hygiene, do not use the toilets here, dirty smelly covered seats, sinks blocked with dirty water! If i could give this less than one star i would!!"

"We called in here for coffee and liked it so we came back for lunch. Sat in the courtyard with our dog, had excellent baguettes with lovely fresh ingredients and some cracking local Dark Mild from Hillside brewery. Also got info on where to buy...some proper Double Gloucester cheese. What a find, and thanks to the wonderful staff!"

"Fabulous service from friendly staff. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and served without too much wait. A great range of pastas, salads fish and dishes from closer to home. The wide choice of desserts and sundaes is complemented by a dessert of the week... This week a toffee and pecan roulade (umber yum! and a weekly topped brownie this week topped with Biscoff. I can highly recommend this great, independent Italian restaurant"
