"I just popped in to quickly grab food but I wish I had time to sit down and eat there. The cafe has a really great vibe to it. I got the thai wrap and a banana cookie (both vegan) and was impressed. They have daily soups that are vegan friendly and everything is clearly labelled."

"Such a cute bistro! The food was phenomenal, the staff were so kind, and the atmosphere was very cozy. They had gluten free bread and tons of options for milk alternatives. We got breakfast here and really enjoyed it the pancakes were particularly fantastic (served with mascarpone fresh fruit), and the bacon and caramelized onion eggs benedict was so tasty.The food was so good that we ordered a few more drinks to take with us on the road! Definitely try their London fog house made iced tea. Parking: There's paid street parking, but it's quite cheap.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is available, as well as a number of milk alternatives!"

"I love ahhYaY. Coming from Nelson and always having delicious, nutritious food at walking distance is what I’m used to. I was worried when I got to Kamloops that there wasn’t much in that respect. Then I found ahhYaY and they have food for all restrictions like paleo, gluten free… and their treats are amazing!! Always lovely and kind reception and service. 5/5 ?"

"Amazing delicious fresh Italian food! They attended a food truck event in west kelowna and we're the only ones who produced consistent and FAST food. Literally waited at other trucks for an hour but eats amore pushed the food out in 5 to 10 minutes. And the speed did not effect the quality. They also were the only one who offered 1/2 portions so you got to try multiple dishes. I will drive to kamloops just for their food. Please come back!!!!!"
