"Amazing freshly made sandwiches to die for! The cake selection is almost too big, how are we supposed to decide? We always get a few extra to take with us The coffee is the best around! "We bought some Cornish pasties and sausage rolls to picnic by Poole Quay. The sausage rolls were so fluffy and nice. It is one of the best that I have had. Highly recommended. The Meringue looks really nice too and are massive on this occasion we didn’t get any. Will definitely try it next time."

"Cider and pizza I was trying to give this place four stars, but that would be unfair. I was trying to do this, because this place specializes in more cases and I really don't make any more mistakes. the pizza is great. the pot of gold, a fondue of cheese and apple wine is fantastic. even if you don't make a mistake. there is a craft beer on design (a decent ipa today) plus warehouse. many more likely. they are specialized in the future. if they like more, this is the place in poole. if they don't, they take someone who likes to make a difference and eat the pizza. they will enjoy the pizza, and they will love the more likely. large on veggie and vegan. dogs, tourist and native, all welcomed by the great employees. don't go to pizza express, come here!"

"Booked through an open table, but the restaurant did not have our booking when we showed up and tried to put us outside as they had other bookings. eating is not great, simply fried and topped not really cooked fresh. drinks were beautiful and decor is beautiful. many natives who are not socially distancing. will not recommend this place"

"Not the best food. My starter was barely warm, I mentioned this to the waiter and he assured me the main course would be hot. It was indeed hot but had clearly been microwaved (steak pie rubbery pastry, mash potato rubbery). I have given 3 stars because the staff were good and the beer was great. I couldn't recommend this place, there are much better places to eat in Poole!"

"Beware if using Meerkat Meals. We use Meerkat deals all the time so was so disappointed when we visited Chiquitos and found out when we presented our Meerkat Voucher at the end of our meal that one of the meals wasn’t covered in the terms...and conditions. I’d already looked at the terms and conditions which stated that the deal covered anything on the Al a Carte menu. NOWHERE on the menu is written Al A Carte. Therefore there was no indication that the section, where we selected our meal from, wasn’t covered. When I questioned the waitress about it she produced a folder of T &C’s from under her desk. Neither members of staff could provide a satisfactory answer as to why the Terms and Conditions on Chiquitos/Meerkat website were so ambiguous. The food was satisfactory but I won’t be returning. I’ve never had an issue with Meerkat meals before. This is underhand and deceptive. I will be writing to Meekcat meals and Chiquitos head office. The staff were rude and dismissive. There was absolutely no goodwill shown to us for an obviously unsatisfactory and deceptive situation. Shame on you Chiquitos."
