"The front counter staff member who took our order and checked us out was not pleasant at all. She was unfriendly and didn't smile or make us feel welcome. They had no sugar free/diet soda and no lemon wedges for tea. However, we did not have to wait to order and found a clean booth and the food we ordered was prepared quickly, was served hot, and was very good. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was somewhat messy, mostly paper napkins under some of the tables or uncleaned booths but we were there just after the evening dinner hour. Restrooms were not used."

"Gentlemen behind the counter was friendly and greeted us as we walked in. We ordered our food and he advised it would be a slight wait as he had online orders to take care of, no problem. Took less than 10 minutes and had two fresh hot subs that were really tasty! Thanks for the excellent service!"
