"We were in town in our way to Chichen Itza. We rented a car, so we were on our own schedule. We originally planned to go to another restaurant, but the line was too long so we stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised!...We sat outside under the trees adjacent to the church and enjoyed the ambiance. We ordered the fresh guacamole to start age a bottle of red wine. For lunch we ordered the Queso Relleno, Lomitas de Valladolid and the Vegetarian Fajitas. The guacamole was fresh and made to order at the table. The warm corn tortillas served with all the dishes were hand made by a woman in the courtyard! Everything was fresh and delicious! So much so, that we ordered dessert. The Brownie soaked in Mexican liqueur and a caramel crepe. Both desserts were exquisite. We have eaten at restaurants all over the world and this made it on our top list! Don't miss this place when you are in Valladolid!"

"The food was excellent! I ordered the salbutes, a local dish. Everything was so flavorful, even the side salad. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. I highly recommend this place!"

"Great service, cool upstairs eating area, and amazing food — whats not to like? Big menu with lots of options for breakfast and lunch. We called ahead to make sure it was open. This is definitely more of a cafe experience than a 5 star restaurant, so just keep that in mind. Big drink menu w juices, “shots”, smoothies, etc. Lastly, I really appreciate when a restaurant gives you a little appetizer while you’re waiting for your food. Bonus points! "Visited this place today after a couple of attempts. The first time we went it was closed. Definitely glad we went back! Had the falafel burger with guacamole and it was delicious. Also got some fries that seemed to be hand cut to order. They do serve meat here so it is not all vegan, but the owner is very knowledgeable.
