"What an absolutely awful experience. Upon entering, the cashier didn't greet us and literally stood behind the counter leaning against the wall, staring blankly at us. He messed up the toppings on 4 of our items. The food took 20 minutes to come up. The burger patties were cold, hard, and dry, fries rubbery, and the pretzels were cold, saturated with oil, and not served with the cheese sauce. Once we got the cheese sauce, it was the consistency and color of construction adhesive. We ordered blizzards with chocolate ice cream, and they were made with vanilla.The bathrooms were out of paper towels and soap. The hand sanitizer dispenser by the entry was empty.The only thing that was eaten in its entirety was the cheese curds. They were hot and delicious.We spent $50 for lunch and left hungry. This is the worst fast food experience I have had in my entire life. There aren't enough words to express how bad this was."
