"We arrived at 3:30 we were told no table service until 4pm. Gave our order at the cash, at 3:40 other people walked in and got table service. When my coffee came the cup was dirty on the outside from some dessert i assume. No water was brought to the table and we had to get up and remind the waiter we had purchased a dessert as well. Sorry but you are offering a service which is what we did not get. 3 less customers for Juliette et Chocolat."
