"That was terrible. $34 for a salmon fillet. the first came raw on the inside. then I sent it back, then the waiter asked if they could only heat it a bit more or if I would like to make it back. is this your serious? At least I was served the most dry salmon fillet in the world (foto). how can they be so bad to make something so easy? Food: 1/5 service: 1/5 atmosphere: 4/5 .more"

"Came here for a work related function, the grandeur of the place and the plush furniture made me excited for what would be in store for what the place had to offer. All I could say I'm thoroughly disappointed with the food and the overall service. Let's start with the food, I was on a table of 8 and we were served a small bowl of calamari and olives, the size of the bowl would have been a tea cup size. We were also served a paddle of cured meats and soggy bread with slices of tomato and parsley just thrown on top, and the dregs of what was left of the bread that was provided on the other tables. Mains came 1 1/2 hours after the "entrees" I got ricotta and spinach stuffed chicken with mashed potato and tomato and capsicum sauce, chicken was super dry, the sauce was nice, well seasoned and the mash ok, people on our table also got mushroom risotto which was dry and "not enjoyable" but because of how hungry this guest was she ate it. Dessert we got 3 donut drops smothered in caramel sauce and pannacotta in espresso cups, 6 tiny portions for 8 people. Overall nothing stood out to me with any part of the menu. Staff were barely attentive, having to be constantly prompted with regards to water refills and drinks, also the bar was constantly unattended. Overall I'm disappointed and frustrated also feeling lucky that my job paid the $250 ahead ticket. Most guests were complaining on the foods portion size and the sheer lack of care that took to make it."

"We fell in love with this place 10 or so years ago when our kids were little. The chef threw some dough to our boys and they made a dinosaur and a snake. Then the chef put olives and other things on them and cooked them. The kids were delighted and entertained! The food has been consistently delicious and now that we have finally moved to Melbourne we go there twice a month. Whether it's just the four of us or when we take 6 or so of our friends the service is always the same. We have even gone there for afternoon tea and the choc pizza really is to die for. Yes it's busy. Yes sometimes you wait. But it's a fun environment and very much worth the wait! It's our fave place to eat. And now that my hubby drinks wine with me it's better ;"

"Ordered takeaway food, it tasted terrible. They even gave me a garden salad which consisted of a bunch of leaves, sauce and 3 slices of tomatoes. BTW this is not an authentic italian restaurant either, as it claims to be. All I saw there were indians, and not even the ones born here, straight outta homeland. Since when do indians cook authentic italian food. They don't. Pizzas looked ok as they were getting made, but the mains were shocking. My partner wouldnt even touch the pasta we ordered. My first and last time here for sure."
