"Server Dayana was extremely rude and treated us as if any issues were our fault. We got charged extra for an add on to a pizza and it was not put on the pizza. When asked if we could remove the extra charge she got defensive and blamed us for not saying anything when she asked us how the food was when she had not come and asked us how our food was. She forgot to put in one of our orders and when we asked about it she just walked away without saying anything and then came back and asked what we ordered. When talking to one of my other friends who was trying to figure out a charge she told him he needed to call down and not raise his voice when he was simply confused why somthing was being charged for when we had been given the impression it was a free complimentary birthday cookie when we asked if they did anything for birthdays there and said yes I can bring a cookie out. It made for a very unpleasant experience when we were suppose to be enjoying a birthday meal."

"Nino's was amazing ! Great ambiance, perfect spot for a romantic date night. The gnocchi was delicious and we opted for gluten-free noodle pasta for dietary sensitivities. It was so flavorful and much appreciated that there was a GF option for the pasta. Will definitely be returning !"

"Food was excellent, but our server was not very attentive. Also, the champagne selection was very limited. We asked for 4 different bottles and they didn’t have any of them. Was a little disappointed. I have definitely had better experiences."
