"Schade dass es einen Betreiberwechsel gegeben hat. Einige Speisen haben qualitativ nachgelassen, der Wein ist nicht mehr der den wir so geschätzt haben... dafür ist er aber teuer geworden. Und der neue Service, der ist leider stocksteif... Schade, dass das besondere Flair dieses Restaurants verloren gegangen ist."

"Siamo stati a Einbeck in una piovosa domenica, negozi chiusi, molti ristoranti chiusi, non avevamo molta scelta. Troviamo sulla piazza principale questo posto che sembra tedesco, poi ci sediamo e ci arriva un menù pieno di piatti tipicamente italiani, scritto in italiano, comprensibilissimo, e restiamo un pò confusi, da nessuna parte c'è scritto che è un ristorante italiano. E così ci ritroviamo ad ordinare 1 scaloppina alla valdostana, e 2 bistecche ai ferri (con l'immancabile contorno di patate o patatine) 2 birre 1 acqua e spendiamo 54 euro. Effettivamente i piatti sembrano proprio di "fattura" italiana, ma all'interno del locale nessuno parla italiano; i camerieri sono apparsi poco affabili e freddamente professionali, sebbene non ci si possa lamentare del servizio, comunque rapido e veloce (il locale era comunque semivuoto...)."
