"We had dinner with a group of friends in this restaurant in gaeta, the location is out of the classic models, but it is quickly acclimated. the staff is kind but a bit spicy. formula type self-service menu quite varied based on fish. we took linguine with day fish and good chili, polenta with cod with spicy tomato and it was a magnificent surprise as well as fried squid and shrimp, and panato tuna with bietoline . for an informal evening with friends is perfect. We'll be back."

"One of the greatest places you can visit and hangout at in Gaeta, staff here are friends you will make and you’ll remember them for the rest of your life. Great service. Wonderful food (burgers are a must try) out of all the places I’ve been to in Gaeta this one feels like home. Here at the Dutch they make me feel like family. Always have something to laugh about, when I talk they genuinely listen and have conversations with me. It’s great talking to other people who come in as well. Whole vibe is 11/10. Do be warned it gets busy, sometimes seating can be hard, I suggest coming during early in the evening or late in the night -Donovan Edit: beer selection here is the best in Italy. I’ve been in Rome and Naples, here they always have something new and good. If American/foreign and/or visiting/touring, this place will make you happy"

"I took the set menu for 20 euros and had plenty of seafood plus a bottle of decent white wine (not the best, but was easily digested with the huge three course meal I had). Definitely I got much more than I bargained for and could only be very pleased. However this was during low season (mid-season) but not the super low season of winter either. I ate at other restaurants in that part of Gaeta and this was by far the best value. Service was fine (as the restaurant was not at all full) but I thought the attendant (the waiter) could be a bit more jovial. But I still would want to thank him for his prompt service and assistance. I did promise him a good review for the restaurant."
