"Marburg macht sich mit dem neuen Erwin-Piscator-Haus samt Tourismusbüro und dem integrierten soziokulturellen Zentrum "KFZ". Die Bottega bietet die lässig-qualitätsvolle Gastronomie dazu. Wenn die Theaterbesucher aus "Cinderella - ein Rockmärchen" aus dem großen Saal kommen und die Elektropop-Fans zum "Tiefstrom" ins KFZ gehen, dann fühlt sich der Bottega-Besuch möglichst auf der sommerlichen Freiterrasse mit Wasserspiel im sonst so fachwerklichen Marburg richtig urban an."

"Wir waren länger nicht im Nero und haben uns auf leckeres Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre mit Freunden gefreut. Wir waren zu acht Personen und hatten reserviert. Tisch: Wir wurden in eine Sitznische direkt neben der Eingangstür gequetscht. Mehrere große Tische im Restaurant blieben den gesamten Abend leer. Für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.Bedienung: Wir mussten ewig auf die Getränke warten. Es wurde nicht gefragt, ob wir noch ein zweites Getränk möchten. Erst auf Nachfrage von uns, nachdem wir alle schon 30 Minuten vor leeren Gläsern saßen, wurden weitere Getränke gebracht. Es wurde kein Nachtisch angeboten.Essen: Pizza war gewohnt gut. Die Pasta leider verkocht und die Gerichte insgesamt lieblos angerichtet. Schmeckte nicht besser als in der Mensa. Ein Fleischgericht (Schweinebäckchen) war ungenießbar. Das Fleisch zäh und von Fett und Sehnen durchzogen. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.Rechnung: Bei der Bitte um Zahlung wurden wir extrem unfreundlich aufgefordert bitte einzeln nach vorne zu kommen, da die Paare separat zahlen wollten. Da kann man auch freundlich zu auffordern oder am Tisch abrechnen. Geht in anderen Lokalen ja auch.Insgesamt leider ein sehr enttäuschender Abend. Die langen Wartezeiten und das unaufmerksame Personal kamen zu einem schlechten Essen noch hinzu. Da das Lokal an dem Abend überwiegend leer war, kann das auch keine Entschuldigung sein. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Schade!"

"We stayed here as a family of five. The owners were friendly, we had no problems getting into the apartment, and it was nice and spacious. It was not a separate room for all of us so everyone slept in the same area but there were two beds and then a kitchenette and plenty of lounging space like a living room also. I would definitely stay again. The view outside the window was gorgeous and it was nice ending our evening with the beer downstairs."

"We have been eating here several times now, since almost 4 years. The food is really good and the atmosphere is cosy. I would definitely recommend the pleus a la chef (grilled mushroom with garlic, sage and olive oil), our favourite starter. Pizza is ok (not excellent but decently good), but there is much more on the menu that is definitely worth trying! People from the staff are friendly and the owner is always going around and chatting with customers. In summer, get a seat outside if you have a chance and you´ll have a scenic view over the market place and the castle. Fair prices, a bit more expensive than the average italian restaurant in Germany"

"Waren zu zweit da, tolle Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich und stilvoll.Das Essen und auch die Drinks waren wirklich lecker, Service total lieb und aufmerksam.Ich wohne in Frankfurt seit nun bald sechs Jahren, bin aber aus Marburg und kann nur sagen, dass ich echt begeistert bin und es sehr genossen habe, zweifelsohne weiter empfehlen kann. Komme gerne wieder!Die Preise waren ein einziger Traum ;-)"

"We were invited to a wedding and were allowed to be guests in the Rotkehlchen. The location is conditionally suitable for a wedding. If you're sitting upstairs, you don't get much. The worst thing was the kitchen. We were the 9 table that was allowed to the buffet. There was hardly anything going on. You're not going to the buffet for a second time. After 20 minutes later I went to buffet again, this was no longer possible. It was cleared. It was just too little to eat. I've never seen that I've been hungry at a wedding after dinner. In addition, one has Bruschetta offers or one has tried. How can you not grim the bread for Bruschetta? That was white bread with tomatoes but not bruschetta. The rest of the food was good, at least what I had from the few. The guests fell on the midnight snack at 11:00. Pommes. That confirms that you have been hungry. Service behind the counter were nice friendly but not the fastest. Everything was a little uncoordinated. In the whole, a location that's okay. Inappropriate for weddings"
