"I wonder what determines if you are lucky enough to get good service at this restaurant? The first time i came to this restaurant, we were seated but never waited on, even after trying to find someone, so we left. I tried to go again with a friend, and we had to go search for a hostess to seat us. There seemed to be some confusion amongst the staff as to where the hostess was and who would seat us. After being seated, it took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks, another 30 minutes to get our appetizer, and we never received our dinner. At this point, we?d been there for an hour and a half. In the meantime, there seemed to be no rush to get us refills or clear dishes from our very tiny table. Once we inquired about our dinner, she said they?d had issues with the kitchen receiving orders and they may not have got it. I?m wondering why after an hour of waiting, it never occurred to the server that she should check on our order? She was very kind despite this. We had somewhere we needed to be and didn?t have time to wait, so we left. Despite all the good reviews, all of the reviews from people having this same experience seem to be ignored by the owners. It appears this has been an issue with the restaurant for some time too, at least since they opened. It says a lot that the owners seem to be unbothered by the amount of people who are receiving such poor service and are unwilling or not knowing how to improve the quality of service they offer on a consistent basis. It is very unlikely that I will return."

"The best Italian food I had. my wife and I have been here for ten times since we've moved into the opposite and never had a bad experience. there is sometimes a waiting time, but this is only due to its popularity and eating is worth definitiw. it is also quite cheap for authentic Italian cuisine and they have half price wein for almost half the week."

"The food there is SO GOOD. The pasta and sauces are just terrific. It's a bit pricey, but for the food it's worth it. Even though they were definitely understaffed for a friday, the food came out relatively quickly. Our faves are the veal parmesan, any thing with the funghi sauce, the mushroom ravioli and the alfredo sauce. Highly recommend."

"Went for my Dad's birthday on Saturday night. Had a 6 pm reservation. Nick and team never disappoint! Kayla was our server and she was very attentive. She did a great job of answering questions. There were 6 of us. I had the special with salmon, shrimp, bow tie pasta and pesto sauce. Was DELICIOUS! They always have large servings, so we always have leftovers to take home. We had fried oysters and bruschetta as an appetizer. All meals came out in a timely manner and everyone was extremely pleased! Plus, they brought out a special dessert for the birthday guy. A great local and family-owned restaurant that does a fabulous job!"
