"Wir sind geschäftlich in NEA gelandet und wollten abends Essen gehen. Von unseren lokalen Geschäftspartnern wurde u.a. dieses Lokal empfohlen. Die Erwartungen nach den Empfehlungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das wir ein gutes Schnitzel bekommen, hatten wir erwartet.Aber die gewählte fränkische Bruschetta - geschälte, entkernte, 5mm gewürfelte Tomaten, Ziegenfrischkäse, Knoblauch, Basilikum, Aceto Balsamico ...(Pinienkerne?) auf geröstetem Schwarzbrot - waren DIE Überraschung. Geschmacklich super abgestimmt zwischen der Schärfe (Ziegenkäse und Knoblauch) und der Fruchtigkeit (Tomaten und Schwarzbrot).Wir kommen gerne wieder und testen die Lammgerichte."
