"It would be a 5 out of 5 if it was just for the food: simple, but excellent, made with love by a nice woman, using fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, one star is removed because of the massive usage of plastic (it is recycled, but still...non necessary it saves time, but worsens our environment) and the other one is removed because we have not been given a receipt (which means evading taxes). Prices are not shown on the menu and a bit high, as a result of this place being the only one at the end of the path of the gods. I hope they will start printing receipt and substitute plastic with ceramic dishes, steel cutlery and glasses."

"We have been in Positano for 8 days and have tried many restaurants. The food in many of the restaurants was just okay, and we are not picky eaters or food snobs, just wanted good italian food. This place was reccommended to us by a local chef for a cooking class we took. We came here on our last night in town. OH MY GOSH it was truly the best meal we have probably ever had. We shared the mussels for an appetizer and then we had the Fresine with Lobster!!! WE got to pick our lobster (which I felt bad and thanked him). We shared a wonderful bottle of prosecco and enjoyed the evening view on the beach from our table. Our waiter Rafael, was fabulous, he took amazing care of us even though he got really busy with other tables. The prices we very reasonable... We had eaten at the restaurant next door on our first evening and that was not enjoyable at all, no comparison.. I would reccommend this to anyone looking for great food and a nice atmosphere. You should know that there is no host stand, so you just walk in and ask to be seated which confused us a little bit. If you wait around out side of the sitting area you won't really get noticed, so walk right in and ask..."

"Had dinner at Mediterraneano with the family was recommended by the pharmacist that did our test for our flight back home, the fried fish&shrimp squid for party of 6 was incredible , they greeted us with Prosecco always smiling and happy which makes one trip...incredible, the main dishes tasted home cooked and fresh seafood, pasta are great because of the Mediterranean diet so ladies gentlemen have all the pastas that you want We are going now to have more of the fried seafood for lunch I truly recommend this place"
