"We visited La Ginestra as a large family group with young children in tow. The facilities for children were first class and they played for long periods in the restaurant's playground. The food was exquisite, the pizza was the best I tasted in Italy. I could not recommend this venue more highly. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English. The cost was very reasonable, all in all a very satisfying experience. Also lots of free parking available on site."

"We ate here about 14 years ago and returned with our very jetlagged kids tonight for a quick dinner. It was much better tonight than all those years ago really good pasta, especially the gluten free pasta for our two coeliacs, extremely friendly and helpful service, very reasonable prices. We'll be back!"

"We went here a few days ago. It 's nicely positioned overlooking the square in the historic centre of town and sat in one of the few tables outside. We had a couple of sandwiches were we ok; nothing special and not bad. A small Coke Zero and a glass of red wine. The total came to 21 euros which is ridiculous. I think this place plays on the quaintness factor and the home made slant to charge over the odds prices."

"I've been very satisfied with this restaurant. The service and the personal were great, always available and always kind. The cooking was excellent: the stringozzi and each type of pasta on the menu are hand-made and freshly prepared, so maybe waiting times for each dish are not very fast, but the final result it's worth it! I'm sure I will come back there since I've been very happy!"
