"The entire thing was very differant than the other Famous Dave's location. I didnt like that that you have to go order then still wait for you to be served. If you have small children you actually have to leave them to go order from a take-out menu, people were everywhere. You couldn't tell who were the dine in guests from the take out guests. We were a party of 9 so this location place was very very small you almost felt like sardines in a can, but i couldnt understand why a reservation was suggested until we got there and saw why, plus they bring out these big platters that were almost as big as the tables. This location seriously needs to be remodeled. Food was spectacular as always and so was the staff."

"Two stars for service. They get 4 for food. I went to this restaurant recommended by my niece whom had just started working there. She loved the desserts. We went back with my family to try them out and were impressed. We were happy to support her new place of employment. I went back twice and kept ordering the dessert because they are so good. The second time I got desserts I got a hair in the sweet potato cheesecake and notified the waitress about it. She was very apologetic and I just said ?I love your desserts, don?t need to make a big deal about it just wanted to let you know so you are aware of what you are serving?. I never asked for a refund, nor did they offered. I was ok with it because like I said, they have great food and awesome desserts. Third time I ordered from there, I decide to order ?To Go?and ordered three desserts $40 worth). Went to pick the desserts up and when we got home to enjoy them, I opened the two boxes of the honeycomb cake and there was hardly any honeycomb present; there were only crumbs. It was very disappointing since the honeycomb is the very best part of that dessert. I called the restaurant and the person that answered did not know what to do with the the issue; put me on hold twice and when I finally get the manager on the phone had to explain everything again. He finally tells me that he will talk with the kitchen to let them know what happened. Than proceeds to say he doesn?t know what else he can do for me. Then I said well I would appreciate getting refunded at least for one of the desserts, since they were not up to par. He said he would be happy to refund me and I appreciated that. However, it did not end there. My niece gets a call from the manager, to ask if the person that called to complain is her aunt. She responded yes. Then he says ?that?s all I needed to know? ? what does that even mean? I am a paying customer regardless if a family member works there or not. Why would he called to ask that? That is so unpr"
