"Services is very good, this is a standard swiss chalet. However, the staff here will remember you very quickly and also remember your order, so as far as swiss chalets go, this is definitely a good place to go."

"The positive: we were greeted by Emily who was able to find a both for us and told us where the washrooms were. This is the first time this is happened in any Montana‘a we have been in.Our server, Zoey was very nice and wrote detailed notes of our order.Not so positive: pork out here in Alberta must be quite expensive. My wife and I are from Ontario and frequently get layers of chips, cheese and pulled pork…at least in Ontario. Not so here. There were layers of chips and cheese, but sadly there was only the little pork that you see in the picture. When we asked Zoey about it, she assured us that the portions were measured out for each plate. It seemed the nachos were made up, and the pork was an afterthought.Dietary restrictions: We are always very grateful for the nachos as they have no wheat in them. My wife has coeliac disease, so thank you very much for a gluten friendly menu."

"We went here for lunch while visiting family in Edmonton. The inside was very nice, lots of pictures of places in Italy, we enjoyed picking out places we had been. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. I loved the chicken, nice and crispy on the outside but the pasta sauce didn't really impress me much. My husband liked his spaghetti and meatballs which is unusual because he makes his own homemade sauce at home and consequently seldom orders it at a restaurant as it doesn't usually compare. The bottomless bread and salad was as always very good. I also ordered the Blueberry Pomegranate Sangria and I have to say it was my favourite part of the whole meal! Very tasty! The service was friendly and very prompt. It didn't feel like a chain restaurant experience and I would recommend this particular East Side Marios to everyone!"
