"We took my Dad out for dinner for Father’s Day on Friday night. The patio was lovely they have screens up to protect from the wind. Overall the experience was okay. Service was a little slow. There were a few order issues, one being that my husband ordered the nachos with extra cheese. The nachos had very little cheese on them so we asked about it, we were told that extra cheese was “rung up” … but that doesn’t mean it was actually given? No solution provided, we were shrugged off, the charge was on the bill let me tell you the amount of cheese was so little I can’t even imagine what regular cheese looks like? Underwhelming. Hoping this can be fixed because we would like to return."

"We have been to Montana's several times over the years and each time I hope for better. The food is usually good but the management policy of making EVERYONE wait to be seated even when many tables are free is just plain stupid. I feel sorry for the staff that work at this place. They have to check that their cook isn't "overwhelmed" such that their kitchen won't crash. They deal with many people waiting at the front getting frustrated but can't seat people until they are given the "ok" because they are afraid "he" will freak out. Just plain stupid to make your customers wait because the kitchen can't take the demand. I honestly hate going to Montana's now because of the way they handle this. Either get professional training to run the kitchen efficiently of expand your capacity to handle the demand. Making people wait for no reason just makes customers want to go someplace else. Service here was better years ago when they still had to hand-cut the fresh fries in the back. The front end staff are not the issue as far as the service goes, they seem to do the best they can under terrible management."

"Most of the meal was good but the chicken fajita's were a disaster. When first brought the rice was cold, the onions and peppers were a soggy mess and the 4 tortilla's were very stale. On the third attempt a manager finally brought fresh product. The place seemed understaffed in servers."

"Went for dinner last night, and was disappointed. My chicken taco and fries came cold, my friend had to go looking for our server to get her chicken that didn't come with the rest of her fajita fixings. Now the restaurant wasn't busy at the time, but our server wasn't available to get us drinks, clear our plates or bring the check without prompting. Must have been the manager's night off. On our way out we noticed a few table empty of guest but covered with dishes. Not impressed."
