"Friendly waiting staff and lovely greeting on arrival but ribs were extremely disappointing and low quality in a place where ribs should excel. Frozen supermarket or butcher bought ribs are significantly better greasy, fatty and tasteless. Acoustics also very poor and terrible music"

"I am not a person who tends to write negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my disastrous experience at The Living Room. I Was part of a large group and we pre-booked our table and food for 7pm. It took 3+ hours for the 3 course meal (approximately £35 per person) to come out and still got some of our orders wrong. The food itself was very average and the chips are ridiculously salty! On top of that, it took additional 30 minutes to sort out the bill as they got that wrong too and to add insult to injury we got charged 10% service fee. Normally I would complain about such thing after such bad service but I was so desperate to get out there! The good thing out of this, is that I never died from starvation from waiting for my food."

"Me and my sister went to the raddisson for afternoon tea we have been many times before and was always perfect but this time it was different the after tea was poor and that’s being nice the sandwiches were bland tasteless the cheese one was just soggy the scones were horrible and no option of a plain scone the cakes at the top were soft and soggy too and the hazelnut cake was to dense we definitely will not be going back as it was a disappointment and we paid £66 which was definitely not worth it."

"Amazing Sunday Dinner with a twist. Had a great Sunday dinner here which is a reggae inspired dish with jerk chicken rice, roasties and also mac and cheese. Great portion sizes! Really felt special with the service from Henry. He looked after us with drinks and membership. Can’t wait to return"
