"I was disappointed. The waiter (Daniel E. was repeatedly reminded of bringing things, and it will take a while before he does. Then he will forget every time what to bring as if it were never asked. Once we asked and when he left, he went to talk to other employees instead of taking care of us. We were served without cutlery food, never checked for us, how was everything and some of the foods was warm as others were cold. Under our table, napkins and food with hair stems had used on the ground. We took our food. Longhorn is a 5 star."

"We were visiting South Beach, Miami and looked into our navigation system for Indian restaurants. Instead of coconut chutney, the waiter brought us ginger- garlic paste, imagine that taste in your mouth. When we complained they were not apologetic at all. Very surprisingly when I tasted sambhar (lentil soup that comes with dosa) it was panjabi dal. When I asked them again, they still had excuses like its not dal, its sambhar and dal mixed, it’s a new waiter he didn't know what was sambhar so he mixed dal and sambhar together..... idiots, stupidest people ever... we didn't finish food obviously... had to wait 15 min for check, after giving credit card, the waiter managed to drop it somehow, and took 5 min looking for it, back and forth. Not to mention we were not offered any discounts or apologies for worst food and worst service...idiots..."
