"I went for their Thursday wing deal, arrived at around 7pm for dinner. We were seated quite quickly but it took 5 mins before we were even acknowledged by the staff. After which, we weren’t provided with water and had to wait another 10 mins before our orders were taken, and we had to proactively ask for water.It then took another 15 mins to bring our drinks, it was a beer and a ginger ale, unsure why it took so long to bring these; and 25 mins for the food to be brought to us. Everything was cold, we flagged our server to get this addressed and she said “let me get the kitchen to re-heat these” and took our wings and kettle chips away. She came back after 5 mins to let us know that the kitchen is actually remaking our food. But after a quick 5 mins, our wings came back and tasted reheat as they were extremely dry and crispy (you can taste the difference between these and the initial cold ones). The kettle chips seemed to be fresh.For a night where they have a special, and around 7pm, peak dinner time, I don’t understand how the restaurant was so disorganized and understaffed. Our server was somewhat nice and thanked us for being patient but the service was not on par to other Kelsey’s experiences. The lack of checking in, not even offering water, taking 15 mins to bring drinks that only involved pouring. Overall a disappointing and unsatisfying experience."
