"Initially a very disappointing experience and was saved by 1 staff member who really cares. Hostess was incredibly rude to us. For some reason she could not find our reservation, which shouldn't have been a huge issue since there were tons of tables available but she made such a big deal. It was 9:30pm, the time of our reservation but they are open until 11pm and we were only coming for appies and drinks. It's not like we were going to be there for hours. The sigh and eyeroll was incredible and made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. She eventually sat us, dumped menus and walked away sighing so loud again. Your bartender saved our evening which was to celebrate a young girl's performance in a local school play. She was attentive, apologetic, and professional. She served us efficiently and very friendly. The food was good and the drinks were well poured. I didn't catch the name of your bartender but she deserves a special pat on the back having to deal with a very full bar area while your hostess sat in a booth gossiping and sighing audibly."
