"On 3/29 my friend and I went to OC, a regular place for us. On this particular day there were many basketball games, so I made a reservation for about 20 minutes. When we arrived, the lady at the hostage asked if we made the reservation 20 minutes ago and I told her yes. Then she very RUDELY told me we had to wait because this was not fair for other people and dragged down the waitress. We came aside and of course I complained to my friend and then I realized that the host spoke about us to a waitress. Once we sat, the food and our waitress was good, but the lady at the hostage needs an adjustment. If they will not take open table reservations when they do not have to offer this ability. I am very disappointed at how unprofessional they acted against PAYING customers."
