"I used to be a regular here but was told to never come back by a woman worker who I assume is the manager or owner.I came here probably 4x a week on average and each time I ordered basically the same thing, which always amounted to about $20. Today though while the younger worker was ringing up my order this middle aged woman shoo 'd them away from the register and rang me up for $30.I order the same meal every time and tried to politely point this out as cordially as I could. The manager then turned the screen around and got really loud and confrontational and made a scene.I just put my hands up and said i was going to just leave, and as I left she told me not to come back. I was one of if not the most frequent customers here.The other people that work here are very chill, and I 've seen this woman work here before and always tend to prefer when she isn 't there. The way she asks questions is way too loud and she just sounds angry, like every person is a huge inconvenience.I do remember chuckling at a previous visit when there were three customers (one ringing out to leave, me getting a sandwich made, and onw waiting to get theirs 'started) and the same woman expressed how they are swamped. Not one to judge but I think any sort of customer service job requires a much better temperament. This repeat and loyal customer is taking their money and appetite elsewhere."

"If possible not rated. one with a cap set and a barte went in while we waited in the line. I didn't wash his hands. simply put on gloves and in a low tune asked what I have to order. no gruß. told him spicy Italian. my wife ordered me right away. he asked less than a minute later what I wanted. he said again, he said in a low vote. it seemed obvious he didn't want to be there. there was another person in my party, but she went to order from another food store. later she told me that she didn't like his attitude from the beginning and he couldn't wash his hands. he asked what we wanted on our sandwiches. my wife went first and got angry. he pushed too much and treated the add-ons. my wife told him something loud. When he wrapped the sandwiches, he held something under his breath. he asked if I would give him a posture. then he went with my sandwich coarse and almost literally smashed it into his packaging. I said to my wife and another person we're going and we're going. Never come again!"

"Never eat from there. My parents ate from there before it became a catering company. That's why I give it three stars. Besides, the staff was quite friendly, helpful and had good recommendations to find another sandwich shop nearby"

"Good sandwiches and you can get Cinnabon here. Reasonably priced. Service can sometimes be a little slower than you might expect, but the food makes up for it. I was disappointed there was no nutrition information for the beef guacamole sandwich. There's none to be found online, either."

"18 dollars for a super nachos and some horchata, they did military discount, but they wanted to serve the person to show ID. Nachos was enough for a person and there was no sour cream in it, hardly meat.... Was very delicious just disappointed by the amount for the price."

"The service is terrible here. they are often underestimated. it can take 30 minutes to get a sandwich with just a few people in the line. unfortunately the hospitalcateria is often closed and this is the only possibility for employees and visitors."
