"My first time at the Apex location. We were using the Cary location before they closed. We have only tried the regular crust. For us it's better than any other fast food pizza joints. They also make our favorite size half sheet or full sheet. The customer service is always good. It's worth a try good ingredients and good quality for what it is. The sauce has bit sweet taste. It's really good flavor and the crust has some chew which we like."

"I'll preface this review by saying that since Covid I've only gotten takeout from here. In my families experience it seems to be 50/50 whether our order is going to be prepared as requested. Most recently The fish and chips were overcooked to the point of being nearly inedible and the onion rings were burnt to a crisp. The burger I got was also well done when I asked for medium (I get that some cooking takes place after the grill but not to that extent). The time before that everything was great which is why I'm saying 50/50. It does seem like every other time there is an issue."

"The food and service were excellent! my man and I have pulled in here to avoid a rainstorm and were pleasantly surprised. I had a pastrami sandwich and a cup of beer cheese suppe. the suppe reminded me of the beer cheese I grew up in kentucky, it was delicious! the sandwich was also really delicious. our server was personal and very attentive."

"We came to try out Ruckus for a lunch day date, came at 11:10 and were the only ones there. We ordered two of the posted margarita drink specials . Waitress came back and asked our tequila preference, to which we said whatever the $5 special is today. 15 minutes later she comes and says the bartender is busy talking to a customer so still no drinks. We ordered food and waited. Finally drinks came and waitress says oh by the way, that 's not a special anymore so don 't be surprised when the bill is $7 each not $5 I replied So you 're not going to honor the posted special? That 's old, it happens all the time and walked off.... didn 't take the sheet to throw it out our apologize or anything! Drinks were very weak anyway, not worth the $5 or $7. We saw our food was up at the line for 6 minutes before anyone served it, which you could tell it wasn 't piping hot. Food was decent though. When we got the bill, sure enough, charged regular price as promised. Took 75 minutes for a quick lunch when there was minimal customers in on a random Thursday. Super disappointed with customer service that had nothing to do with COVID but rather a self focus instead of a customer focus."
