"Tonight I want to talk about the great experience I had at Pita Pit at Langley. Man I don’t usually write reviews and this kind of stuff but this place deserves it. Second time I visit the store. First good, this time extraordinary. But how? Incredible experience in a fast food restaurant? Ahh, Maybe this guy who writes has a low standard… my friend I am a Swiss Chalet frequenter. Tonight all the Kudos go to Talu, the server. She did an excellent job, my chicken Kebab was amazing. It is hard to be in a good mood at 8:45 pm on a Wednesday, however Talu was transmitting a great energy. I’ve been there… used to be a sandwich artist in Toronto, GTA feelings. One more time Thanks Talu/PIta Pit (I trust this is the correct spelling) PS: I was going to Montanas for the all you can eat ribs. This time no regrets at all."

"Friendly, welcoming place plus staff with a sense of humour. Casual, mostly caters to nearby industrial I expect. I had the Italian poutine and a salad. Large portions and delicious food. So many menu options but I've heard they are all good. My son had the loaded burger which was loaded, and delicious and aaalllmost too much to eat. Will go back."

"Second time in two weeks getting food from Batch. Food is excellent. Service is great. Great variety. We are busy trying new items on the menu and haven't been disappointed at all."

"Mix feelings on this. I visited this restaurant inadvertently before it opened, and then informed once it opened, came back... that was a long time ago. I really enjoyed this experience. It was one of the few places open on this building during the construction of Willoughby Town Center. The food was delicious, fresh, the place was packed to the gills and everyone had a good time! The owner or manager apologised for the lack of air conditioning that it was not yet installed. I visited two years ago during the 'Pick up only ' phase of the pandemic and got some food and it was tasty, although the atmosphere was Dour, since no one could sit there just collect their food and go (not their fault was it a pandemic). This trip though. something changed, and not in a good way. When I got in, it wasn't busy. Of the four TV screens showing their selection, two were completely out, and that was between them on, but with a black screen. A menu TV was scattered with food. The tables were not clean. There were things on the ground. The A/C was apparently never installed because it was warmer there than outside, which was in the high 20s due to the heat wave. Then I got the food two chicken tacos and the simple pommes I asked. The chicken was almost harmless. I ate it and half the Pommes, but saw the sad state of this restaurant I enjoyed before and the 30 degree temperature inside, I did not finish my food. I'll probably never return... If you're going to run a restaurant that is the least you can do, it is clean in the small seating area available... Rags and Windex are cheap, and losing customers is not. I'm sorry for the negative rating, it was just unpleasant like hedge. PS: The frits were hot and delicious."
