"Convenient when the kids want chicken and mom wants tacos, but that's where the good ends. Food is mediocre. Wait time is long. And when they forget sauce spoon for potatoes don't expect to run inside to get it. Doors are locked. I know covid has changed things, but its just crazy how fast food has gone downhill."

"I'm not saying all the one star reviews are wrong, but it's not the experience I had. My order was online. When I arrived they told me to pull through. Greeted me warmly at the window and immediately produced my order. Everything correct. Chicken wasfresh and falling off the bone. I won't tell you this was a life affirming experience. It was classic chicken from KFC. Hopefully what I saw was the norm and they turned themselves around."
