"My pizza was good but that was the only thing about this experience. I was quoted max 1hour for pickup, waited over hour and half and nothing. Arrived and was completely ignored by the woman with a lot of ear piercings and black hair. She was too busy taking to a younger guy working there talking really awful about the other woman server working that night. Cussing and being very disrespectful about the other worker. Completely ignored me. I stood in front of the checkout desk in front of both the workers for 10 minutes and no one ever spoke to me. Instead they immediately talked to the couple who walked up to pay and helped him and the other customer behind him. Then the black haired woman walked away still ignoring me. I finally said something to the guy and he just acted like he had no idea I was standing In front of him for some time. At this point I'm pretty annoyed. Takes another 5 minutes looking for my order which was apparently sitting there. I get my pie and leave. Get to my car and my food was cold and disgusting. Go to get a refund and I'm told they can't do refunds. Black haired woman was also insanely disrespectful to my partner as well. I will absolutely never go back to this place. Sucks the food was so good because their staff is absolutely repulsive. Do better."
