"Great food, average service, the two are a bit disconnected. The wait for my meal was over an hour and my latte was sitting on the counter in view for 4-5 minutes before being served luke warm. I'd go back as the food was great but they need to improve their overall delivery."

"Pantry has been a classic for street corner dining in Brighton for over a decade. Partly due to the menu, partly due to the street vibe, but I'm sure for people watching as well, as they drive by in their Range Rovers.<br/ <br/ Margherita pizza love a simple classic and the tomato sauce really sings out with the fresh basil leaves. Portions of milky, creamy buffalo mozzarella are torn and place here and there. The base is quite uniform and has a good crispness and chew to it. <br/ Baby cauliflower very tender with a soft char, it was very well seasoned. The accompanying dip (eggplant? was absolutely delicious, paring up with the cauliflower really well."

"Went to the bistro for dinner. Service was helpful and friendly the entire visit. Menu has changed slightly since covid times with some tasty additions. No specials menu currently. I ordered lamb souva a new item. For this was great value. On pita bread...with loads of lamb, spinach and baby tomatoes with garlic sauce. I couldn't eat it all. My family loved there chicken breast with mustard sauce (except on menu it says served w veggies but it actually came w salad and chips) and fish. Highly recommended"

"We dined here for lunch during August 2016...and rapidly decided we would not be back for dinner. The food was average, but not value for money. Service was polite enough, but haphazard and a lengthy wait before the meals arrived at the table.Will not be back any time soon."
