"The food and service are impeccable. We ordered the chicken parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana, and salmon mediterranean. They were all fantastic. Entrees come with complimentary bread (it tastes like the frozen type) and soup or salad. It’s not an intimate dining experience because of the crammed table only seating and noise level, but my husband and I enjoy bringing the family. Cocktails have been added to the menu since we last dined here, and the old fashioned was pretty good! If the waistline could tolerate it, we’d eat here far more often. Prices are typical for Italian food. We usually spend $125 (party of 4) on food and tip, not including wine or cocktails. It gets very hot in here because of the open kitchen."

"Extensive Gardein menu, including Jamaica wings. But this one is for the Buffalo Wings. The Gardein seems to be in a larger size. Buffalo sauce is obviously made with butter. But I'm Vegetarian Lacto Ovo so I'm fine with that. The wings themselves are amazing, crisp, crunchy, tasty, a work of art. 5 stars. There are many menu items. I love it when a totally random chain of restaurant supports vegetarianism."

"I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, in fact I usually go out of my way to find some positive in any review. However this review is not that. I was disappointed, disgusted, shocked, and overall upset. Today my sister ordered take out from this location and when she got home she was taken back. What she had ordered was the wedge salad and what she got looked like someone literally thrown her food into a box. Now as someone who works in the food industry I completely understand that food isn't going to look exactly as advertised but just look at the pictures I have provided and you'll understand. Not only that but the lettuce was visibly unwashed and it tasted that way too. Not only that's but the buffalo sauce on the salad was missing as well. My sister was surprised because the restaurant wasn't busy at all when she went to get her food. Another factor was that the interactions with the staff were awkward as one employee didn't let them leave until she made sure the orders were right but she never even checked the food. The rest of her party also had a poor experience as all their food was cold and looked rushed. Overall not a great experience for her and it's just disappointing :"

"Was in the mood for some wings, so I placed an order through DoorDash. Couldn 't remember why it 'd been so long since I ordered from here, but placed my order anyway. When the food made it to my doorstep and I opened up the containers--BAM! I remembered. They really skimp on the seasoning. I even paid the extra $3.00 for the wings to be Extra Seasoned . Nope!The Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Malaysian were ALL absolutely under seasoned. I 'll provide pics, readers can compare to the pics provided by the restaurant and you can judge for yourself. Just got a hint of flavor on mostly plain wings. The thing is, I used to LOVE Fire Wings (in City of Industry, but they closed down during the pandemic), so when I had to make the shift to Brea, I immediately noticed this location goes light on the seasoning. So I 'd pay extra for more. But when I began to see they 'd skimp even when you paid for additional flavor, that 's when I stopped ordering from here. Disappointing, bc I do historically like the flavors here. For the price, which isn 't cheap (even if you don 't use a delivery service), I 'd expect to get what I paid for. To be fair, the wings are big. But, again, without the proper amount of seasoning, they are just big and bland. All the ranch in the world isn 't gonna make up for it. Oh well. Won 't forget next time it is DoorDash day. Really hope the Industry location re-opens."

"I've always hated how places like wings top and Buffalo wild wings makes me feel sick and it's always super greasy. Jolene's was the total opposite, everything actually tasted fresh and the seasonings were so well curated. I ordered three boneless wing flavors, the Buffalo, Cajun lime, and sweet chili and I was super impressed. The Cajun lime had this really impressive tangy sour taste I have never had before on a chicken wing and it sounds weird but it was so good!! All of the flavors I got also had this slightly crispy outside and fresh chicken inside. I also tried the Cajun fries and they were incredible! Very well seasoned and cooked. This was beyond better than any wing experience I have ever had I honestly could not recommend it enough!"
