"I stopped to order some food for my father and delivered it later on the day. I was just in town for a few hours and would go before dinner, but wanted to make sure he was ready for dinner for him in the evening. Unfortunately, there were no delivery drivers for the time I requested the delivery. While I had given up my order and talked to the owner and the server (Caroline), I had mentioned that the delivery was for my disabled father who just lived on the street, a few minutes walk away, but he was not able to go (or drive) to get his food. Even if there is not someone available to deliver, Caroline said that she would work it. This sweet girl came back to work after her shift to get and supply my father food for him. I was of her generosity and willingness to help us. I told her she didn't have to do this and that we could take the delivery earlier so she didn't have to come back 2 hours after her shift, but she insisted. It is so challenging to take care of older parents, especially from another home, and things are not often easy for us, so I appreciated this act of kindness so much. I spoke to the owner before and always had pleasant interactions. The food is always delicious and with customer service so, I hope they come for many, many years. I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"Went to Cozzy’s when we found them online while traveling to the area, an order online and paid with a credit card. we come into the shop to get our food and there is a sign on the door that they are closed. check my credit card and there is a pending transaction for this pizzeria, so I call my credit card companies and they in most cases as advised this company will not take the money and not take care. I see my account today and safe enough, these people took mine"

"That's a fantastic idea. It took less than a minute to grab a pizza slice. As usual, I took a just cheese slice. It tasted fantastic. It was so amazing that I had pizza hat and dominos. The guy at the reception, he expanded his best hospitality. We wanted to have a pizza that has no contact with any meat. He made sure we got such discs. It's an open kitchen and we can actually see someone making pizza. I noticed they don't use gloves. It must be difficult to make a pizza with gloves, but I don't want two mere hands in production. Something the other pizza chains are very special about Apart from that, this is a very good place and I think they should connect to Kent State University and start a shop in campus. For me, multi visit is guaranteed!"

"Food is delicious. But I ordered car side and even though it said ready no body came to my car for like 10 minutes and I had to go inside. Then they forgot my sauce and drink until I told them and then they tried to give me the wrong drink. I wish I hadn’t paid online cause I tipped 25% and I would not have if I knew the kind of customer service that would be provided"

"A must try. One of the most surprising culinary experiences of my life. I expected good grill/pub food with an ethinic spin. What was actually found was impeccable execution of high-quality middle eastern pleasures. The lamb hacks dinner plate here is one of the best values I've ever seen and is just an indisputable home run decision for a meal that usually has 10-15 dollars more elsewhere, with half quality than it has in this place. The tabuli here is so on point, it's a shame for many other attempts I cost elsewhere. The salads here are loaded with variation and have enough food to form a full meal. The value in this place is largely based on an extremely high degree of execution in the way food is cooked and how it is aromatized. The secondary dishes also taste better than comparable dishes in restaurants with higher price tags. If you are in the Kent area, this is not the place you need to try."
