"The service was great. We had the big French dip, the corn beef and sauerkraut, the Buffalo chicken strips, the queso dip, and two other chicken strips. Our server was great, the place was clean. We had a good time. The food was just so so and too expensive for lunch. It came to 120 bucks all in for 5 of us, which frankly I should get used to in Washington, but the suit has to fit and wear well. We won’t be back. The reviews were great on yelp which was odd so probably why I don’t use yelp. Hey, so much for listening to my 20 year old. He didn’t eat all of his corn beef on rye. I had a bite of his and thought it was pretty good."

"Very nice restaurant in the Alderwood mall, we had vegetarian items, all the items from starters to main course to deserts were good. Quantity and quality is good, loved the external seating as well. Definitely will try one more time for non-veg options."

"Loves the new location. high ceiling, clean lines radiate still warm. service was great, nice people in front of the house. we both had steaks, made perfect. the kartoffels on a plate and the kartoffels on the other made good. the seasonal veggies were squash -delicious, and broccoli -boiled, but still crispy, no seasonal? the only problem we had next to the simple and boring brokkoli? both steaks came out of lukewarm and barely charred. so they lost a lot of this grilled taste, but were still quite delicious. if we hadn't been on the watch to catch a movie, we would have asked to throw it back for a few minutes and the manager even came by to apologize and offered to throw it back and dessert. but honestly, it was still very good and I want to return. 5 stars for good eating, good atmosphere and excellent service."

"The first time we ate here it was good but a bit too spicy. We decided to come again and the vegetarian options were good, but my mom ordered a curry that was supposed to have shrimp, lobster, and scallops but instead got a whole bowl of baby octopus. Like with the head and eyeballs and everything. The worst part was the curry made it hard to see, so we didn't realize until we ate some of it. There is no octopus on their menu yet it was in our food. The cook also tried to refuse to refund it because we ate some of it. They weren't apologetic at all and were snotty and sarcastic. Some of us even got very sick afterward and threw up. I understand some people eat octopus, but we did not order it and personally would not eat it.Both of their bathrooms were also plugged and OVERFLOWING on the floor. Their sewer line was obviously plugged and no seemed to care. And they had a broken, jagged chair that snagged my mom's shirt and ripped it. Awful place. Will never return! It's dirty with flies, and they are frauds who hide things in your food that you didn't order. Who knows what other surprises we missed!"
