"Update: I just got a call from the director of the operations over this store. Devin Ledford, he was very friendly and attentive to my worries. Immediately offered to send a new order. He who hears about and about my problems and promised to treat them with the store tonight. I appreciate the level of customer service I have received from Mr Ledford and I trust he will work with the shops to understand the importance of delivery within the scheduled delivery time and I will give this Papa Johns another attempt! The staff is hard. Finding riders is hard. But quoting 25-35 minutes when ordered and now your Papa Tracker says that it leaves the store over 33 minutes ago and we are now sitting at 1:02, since order has been placed is unacceptable. I called and spoke to manager who had less interest. Tell him I wanted to cancel and didn't even react to it being enroute. Try to explain how QSR Pizza works. Well, that can work on some, but your talking to someone who worked for company PJs for 13 years and the man in the house owned the 4 locations around Athens from 1999 to 2013, so we know Papa Johns. Don't think I'll take care of it. Get up and hang up. The pizza comes here and cold to the touch and garlic knot, clean and undercooked. It's over."

"Unless you sit at the bar here you're not going to get prompt service or your order correct. I probably wouldn't recommend eating here just based on the high price of wings for what you get and the chicken sandwich was a bit of a joke because it was so small it could have been two chicken nuggets beside each other, and I guess Nashville hot means to very small reaper peppers. The bartender is extremely nice and very attentive though. I think if this place with staffed a little bit better food could get out of the kitchen quicker."

"Hayley, the physco, over dramatic manager was very rude. She screamed at me when I tried to open the bathroom to pee. Clearly someone is in here. I said I didn 't know. she consistently kept yelling how could you not know if you tried to unlock the door and you couldn 't get in. Cleary there 's more than one bathroom . I told her she didn 't have to be rude and she was acting like a bitch. She went out screaming infront of customers and other employees she just called me a bitch first off I said acting nobody even heard me every say anything bc I was screaming or even talking loud , but you most defiantly could hear her!!!!she needs her job taken you don 't talk like that infront of customers or even to customers like that. I was very embarrassed. She should be even more embarrassed acting like that. I asked to talk to her hiring manager as one of the woman was going to call or even let me have his number, she called the cops on me! She was very hostile, rude, unprofessional, and needs her job taken!!!That 's not okay!"

"Holy cow!!! Just got the carb free pizza and it is seriously epic. Finally a gluten free pizza that I can eat that’s delicious!!! Also, the chicken parm and salads we ordered were phenomenal. Everyone was happy!! And the delivery driver was super friendly!! What a nice guy! We wanted to invite him to stay and hang! Bella Rosa is top notch food for sure. I won’t even bother to go elsewhere now."
