"Pizza hut used to be one if the best pizzas out there. They just did it well. Now I feel as they dropped the ball. The pizzas are half baked delivered, still raw from the inside. The temperature are luke warm and on top of it all, the employees.Recently, I went to get my online orders, the breadsticks weren't even ready, they almost forgot it was part of the order. I WASgoing to paid in cash, and I had $20 plus 4x $5dollars and .25 cents. That's a total of $40.25. My total was $31.19 and Iaccidentally said here's $35.25. The employee wasn't even paying attention and he was struggling with basic math. Because myreturn was going to be. $9.04. I saw that the employee opens the register put the $20 first then confused looks at the 4x$5 andsays you only gave me a $20.25. Your total is $31.19. I replied with No I included $20 dollar bill as well! He accused me that Inever gave him nothing and there were two other clients behind me, so I didn't wanted to cause a scene and neither do I want tohold the line. So I paid with my card instead. The manager never came out or did the employee told the manager about thesituation. I know they have cameras and I already contacted customer service representatives. And nothing. I literally had $20stolen in front of me and what does Pizza Hut do? They hired incompetent people who can't do basic math! Just a heads up, if youare struggling with math there's an app on your phone that helps you, solve the problem, it's call a calculator!"

"The front register counter personnel was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was not on point. I ordered boneless wings and the meat was mushy. I didn’t finish them because I felt it maybe wasn’t cooked all the way. When I pulled up to the place I was confused because the storefront said the store was called something different. I guess that was the old name. The wings empire I normally go to is great, not sure what the deal is with this location."

"These five stars are for a five dollar pizza. I had the luck to live near the two standings (the other is in ib, maybe there is more, I don't know.) I can't imagine that they remember me especially, so I think they're just so friendly for everyone. these are really good people in my experience, and not a single time ever I have in and they didn't have my pizza ready and for five measly dollars? if that's not five stars, I don't know what it is. I live literally around the corner, and I think they should all be jealous."

"Delicious food, friendly service, and clean. We had a large group and ordered salads, wings, spaghetti, and pizzas. They did a great job serving fresh food in a timely manner. Didn't give a fifth star because I found the pizza salty for my taste despite me being a salt lover. I will go back and see if it was the day or just their recipe. Still enjoyable pizza and everything else was five stars!!!"
