"We ate here a few weeks ago. The twisted tator tots with pork belly lardon were phenomenal- great start to the meal! The bar is full stocked and able to make pretty much anything you can think of, I got a white gummy bear and it was perfect! The bacon, lettuce, bacon, tomato, bacon sandwich (yes that's really the name on the menu) was good. Hubby got the pitchfork ranch meatloaf n mac and he was more impressed with the Macaroni then the Meatloaf but... live and learn. We'll be back to explore more of the menu!"

"Walked in at 3 in the afternoon only to find the place empty. The sign said to wait to be seated. After a couple of minutes I walked in to find the waiter watching TV. After seating us he quickly took our order and returned in about 30 seconds with our order of crab rangoon. Needless to say they were old and cold. My hot and,sour soup that I had next was the only highlight of our meal. It was very good. While I can understand getting an order wrong when it is busy, we were the only people in the restaraunt and they got both of ours wrong. Both of our meals were delivered with 2 more pieces of cold crab rangoon instead of the egg rolls that we ordered. This was corrected quickly and we were served our meals with luke warm egg rolls. My wifes sweet and sour chicken had no pineapple in it, one small piece of green pepper and 3 pieces of onion. The sauce and meat were OK but the rice was dry. "Went for happy hour.It was pouring hard during my visit and OMG the arrows to find the entrance, the place have more directional arrows than the O'hare airport runway.Oysters were good considering only paid a buck a piece. Buffalo shrimp was worth a try.It was raining horribly during my visit as I said so could not enjoy the outdoor seating. If you are sensitive to fish smell, there is a slight briny smell for inside seating.I am more inclined to to give better rating but it will have to wait when I try regular menu item next time.I think overall 3 star is fair for their Happy hour menu items."

"Wow, what a place. It is a burger, Mexican, donut and coffee shop all in one place. On my visit we had a couple of the burgers and a burrito. First, my wife had a bacon ranch kingburger. She loved it except for the pepperjack cheese, which I loved. I had the buffalo ranch kingburger and really liked it, so much flavor in a burger. Lastly I had a crispy chicken burrito. It also was delicious. My only complaint is that it was a little bit small for the price. This place is on a crowded corner and there is very little parking. We went at about 2 in the afternoon so it was not very crowded like it is at peak times. The inside is very deceiving. You walk in to the order counter and then see a small seating area. Then you see a set of stairs? It does not look like a 2 story place from the outside. Anyway, the stairs lead up to a really nice loft area with more booths and also a couple of couches. It is a really nice place to relax with your food or coffee. We really enjoyed our visit and can not wait to try more of the menu."

"Went there on Thursday. Waited at the bar to place a drink order and play Keno for 10 minutes, no service. Then I moved to the end of the bar and tried multiple times to flag down the bartender. Waited 15 minutes and then another customer she knew called her over next to me. She served them and placed their Keno bets then walked away ignoring me. She was probably in her 50s with blonde hair. The waitress that came to our table apologized for what happened and said she would tell the manager. I'm pretty sure it was the bar manager who did this. I've had similar experiences here before. At this point if I go back it's my own fault. Skip this place. Lighthouse is just across the parking lot and has way better food/service"

"Good for bar food. Although this isn't a favorite restaurant of mine, my SO loves it and we go almost every Monday (partially because of Pinpoint deals). I love their sauces here, and I almost always get the dip and sticks which has never been bad. My favorite entree is the Santa Fe Chicken wrap that comes with a tasty chipotle ranch. Their pizza is good, but I always ask for them to cook it a little longer than normal because it can be soggy if you don't. My SO loves the Cali burger The 49th and dodge Varisty's is a convenient location for us, we tend to go on the same night because we figured out that if we went at random times the waitstaff was hit or miss for being adequate.
