" Definitely a must-try if you're a lover of buffalo wings! Their Jack Daniel's flavored wings are the best especially when partnered with beer. The look of the place is really cool, too, so young and chill. Also, the bone collector and "eat-with-your-hands" gimmicks are really cute. Haha! :) Also order their mashed potato instead of rice,more sulit! :)

"This is a good place to drink and eat while chilling with friends. I'm not a fan of beer, but I liked their IPA. It's close to the pale ale I tried in Switzerland. Order the sampler and you can sample almost all of the variety they offer. <br>

I have been here several times and I am never disappointed with their food. I like how big their serving is without compensating for the quality and taste. Your serving time isn't that bad, sometimes the staff are attentive but sometimes not. <br>

I love your buffalo chicken. It's really covered in sauce, but the crispness of the chicken is retained. <br>
The truffled mushroom cheese sandwich is a must! They make one of the best truffle mushroom recipe. It's too hard though (good for me). <br>
I tried their margerita pizza, nothing special. I just like how thin and crispy the crust is. <br>
The fish and chips has an appealing taste, not too salty, but not bland. It goes well with their beer. <br>

"The nachos were generous in serving. The melty cheese, chopped tomatoes, and beef cuts combined, chef’s kiss . So good. I loved how they didn't use shredded meat. Most nachos that use shredded meat are a hit or miss for me; usually a miss when the meat isn't seasoned well leading to umay : Silantro used small cubed beef. Small but juicy and tender! Sorry there's no pic, we devoured it instantly before I could take a decent pic for my blog As for the tacos, we ordered the double meat of chicken and beef. Juicy and tender din Was so good I gobbled it in seconds. They had lamb as a meat option but unfortunately it was unavailable that time and yesterday, even if we went there earlier than last time . I think it’s best if you go early like lunchtime or call in to check if they have it available that day. But above the two things we ordered, the commendable stars were the white and green sauces. The white sauce was garlic. I inherently like garlic so it's an automatic like for me. I’m not sure what the green sauce was; I thought it was like a guac in liquid form, but it tastes like cucumber. Great nonetheless since it balances out the savoriness of everything else. The darker green was just the spicy version. Out of all the restos in Kapitolyo, Silantro definitely stands out— with the line of cars it's hard to miss. Overall, the socmed postings were worth the hype in trying!"

We ordered Yellow Chicken and the Pork Belly for our main course. The serving of the pork belly was quite small (too small for its price). The food was not as good as expected. The pork belly tasted too sweet for me while the Yellow Chicken tasted bland (not much flavor). <br>

"Like many times in my food craving moments, I was craving for some wings—buffalo type of wings. Not far from work is Tiendesitas, in which I knew there would be several food options. I knew of one place that had some decent enough wings, but then I stopped in my tracks when I saw the Honey Glazed wings on the pictured menu at Happy Chef.<br>

Upon reading that, I immediately made my decision that I was eating that. <br>

The wings were perfectly cooked. Glazed with its honey sauce, that was totally sticky and gooey, but that’s something I won’t complain about. Licking fingers in my opinion makes wing eating better. The taste was great, nothing that made my taste buds go boom, but I was still licking my fingers after every little wing piece as it was great either way. I honestly could have done without the rice and ordered 3 plates. One thing I had to do though was ask for some hot sauce since it wasn’t a single bit spicy, but obviously sweet. That’s me and my love for spicy wings or food rather, wings especially. Like the description said, ‘it keeps you wanting more.’ And I’m not joking about the 3 plates, which would give me around 15 little wing pieces.<br>

Oh yes, I will get more one of these days when I come back.<br>

"Went here with my mom,curious about the place. They still are in their soft opening. The restaurant has nice wall designs. They have affordable flavored chicken wings and colorful nachos. It was delightful. :)"
