"Went there for a beer with my far in law who was visiting for Christmas. I ordered wings and gave my fath in law one of my wings to taste as he does not eat out usually. The waitress charged me for two people even though he only ate one wing which she acknowledged as well. Lost a customer for life and everyone I can tell. Horrible service. What a way to run a business!"

"If you crave jerk chicken, this is the place to go!! Consistently good food, and friendly service. You get a large amount of food for a reasonable price. Not fancy, you can dine in or take out. There is a lot on the menu, but the jerk chicken, rice and peas is always perfect, I never feel the need to try anything else!!"

"Will never return to this restaurantI ordered jambalaya the rice was undercooked and tasted like day old rice that was warmed in the microwave. The portions are very small and tasted nothing like jambalaya more like shrimp and sausage in ragu sauce. Very disappointed will never return"

"Ordered thru the Harvey 's app and I got charged but the app didn 't process the order or give me a confirmation of my order. Only got error your card couldn 't be charged BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED!! I called the restaurant and the lady said they don 't know anything about that and I have to call their IT department! I called the IT department and the guy was like, This is unusual that a customer calls the IT department. IT department communicates only with the restaurants and does not need to talk to the customer. Call the restaurant and tell them to open a ticket. What he said makes sense. A customer shouldn 't need to call the IT department to get their money back. The staff at the restaurant were too lazy to open a support ticket to refund my money. I wasted so much time and energy on top of my hard earned money. Never buying anything from Harveys ever again."

"Just ordered from there the girl on the phone didn’t know anything on the menu , I ordered for take out and got home and for the third time now they’ve got myOrder wrong, asked for the seasoned fries and the gave me the regular fries and once I called back the same lady on the phone was very rude when I pointed out that my fries were plain and not the seasoned fries and after wards she proceeded to tell me that I can come back and take a container of seasoning instead of giving me the fries I asked for I would highly highly recommend to never go here it’s been about 3 times they mess up orders and I keep giving them chances when I shouldn’t be spend your money elsewhere that’s what I would recommend"

"To write this review, made me feel contradictory, on the one hand I want to tell everyone about this great restaurant called The Brock House, but on the other hand I want to keep this jewel a secret for me. But let us really be, it would be impossible to keep this place a secret, especially when you look at the growing food scene in the region of Durham, it was just a matter of time until this shooting star made its way into the spotlight. What's the food? Its pretty good, the roasted Calamari is crispy and well seasoned, the Brisket sandwich is generously packed and the pizzas are fantastically occupied and stuffed. This only covers what we have ordered, there is a ton more to choose and I look forward to trying the other items in the menu. What about the service? Excellent, we sat and served quickly. The staff was attentive and ensured satisfaction. If you find yourself in the area, you should definitely pass. Good food at great prices."

"Baldwin Street Burger is my go-to burger place! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is quaint. In my opinion, they make the best burgers and fries that I have probably ever had. My favourite is the Philly Cheese burger. If you are going there to get a plain burger, don't bother, you can get that anywhere, but their specialty burgers are above the rest. I have been coming here since shortly after they opened and I will keep coming back for more!"
