"We had a small wedding dinner of 20-25 people last month and had set menus but what terrible service.It as very stressful being a bride that just got married .I had to be on my feet overlooking why the guest had no water being served for along while. The waitress was busy talking to her co workers was why.The guest who wanted steaks didn't want rare or medium and I had to be firm that my guest get it cooked the way they wanted it like the rest of the people that evening dining at the Hard Rock .We were having to pay over a 1000 dollars in meals and I had to argue with the waitress and we not happy oh each other . I think they know that their tip is included when u sign a contract of the cost of each set meal so why work or care.I would think twice having a business or wedding or party function at the Hard Rock.It was stressful and the manager was not a nice guy and said oh we are busy lol and the guest event banquet manager is a other story to get in touch with to get contract signed and faxed because her office is God knows where to call her is a struggle !"
