"I had room and didn't even get menu books... 20 minutes to get drinks... another 30 to be served. and finally, when we were served, we didn't even get what we ordered. They threw random food on our table and they didn't seem to want to give us brisket what is something we were familiar with. terrible experience because we didn't know what to order as we don't have a menu to look and it took them so long to give us napkins. The server focused on a table and they got the top service while we got the lowest customer service. They expected 20% tipping and the manager was not where to find. Not to mention the music was super loud, which made it frustrating to express our concerns. The last time we were there we sat in the terrace and the experience was amazing. I hope the manager read this because we waited for our mother to come back from the toilet room while we waited for our card to return and they began to pick up the table and spill water near us so we felt as if we had to go right away... everything was just very unpleasant."

"This is my favorite lowkey spot for homey korean food. I've been here so many times I've lost count haha! Their galbi tang is so delicious and hearty. The beef bones are so tender and the meat falls rig off the bone. Service is amazing! I even stopped by during peak covid times, and they go above and beyond. A must try spot for korean soups and more!"

"Our server was really nice and helpful, we didn't have to wait and was served pretty quick. We got level one spiciness after the waitress advised us that the level 3 is very spicy. Personally, the level one spiciness is the perfect level of spice to enjoy the dish without the worry of being way too spicy. If your confident in your spice tolerance, you can definitely try level 3. The portions are really big so it's awesome if you come with your friends ! Advisable to bring cash and ask for a receipt, no card fees if you pay with cash."

"I craved a hot bowl of tofu soup soondooboo) on a rainy and cold evening, and Cho Dang Tofu restaurant satisfied the craving. Not once had a bad experience with their quality and taste on my past visits. I ordered the perilla seed with mushroom soondooboo $12.99) at the medium spice level. For the first timers try the seafood beef or my favorite bean paste soondooboo that comes with clam, beef, and mushroom. The meal comes with a container with the yummy side dishes banchan), white rice, and a fried fish. I recommend that you reheat the soondooboo in a pot and add an egg immediate after you turn off the fire. Picked up the new To-Go Bento set $12.99) beef bulgogi and the restaurant is having a 20% off promo until end of January 31st on the Special Bento set $16.99) or the To-Go Bento. The Special comes with additional banchans. A good amount of bulgogi with onions and no funny business with onions hiding underneath the bulgogi. This set will fill you up. Will come back to try their other specials and new menu items"

"Great food, service, and prices! 2 complaints though. I was really looking forward to the tofu soup, but it just tasted like water. It didn't even have any tofu in it. Just tiny specks of beef. Also, we were a party of 4, but we got seated at a table that is meant to only seat 2 people. Seriously, even with the outer person sitting in the walkway, there was no elbow space. It's probably how they try to get the waitlist going, but it cuts into the experience. I seriously would give a higher rating if it weren't for those two things though because that was not worth going out of my way to drive so far here."
