"The last few times I’ve been here there has been a long line and long wait through the drive thru mobile pickup. I figure putting an order in HOURS ahead of time would guarantee a somewhat punctual pickup time. I decided to give them another chance after waiting at the pickup window for fifteen minutes the last time I was here.. but I’m still in line and have been for the last ten minutes, none of the cars in line have budged an inch and no one has been serviced. The last time I was here like I said I waited 15 min and it took them that long just to tell me if I was waiting for an online order (yeah, why would I be at the mobile pickup window? , it would be another 30-40 min because they had a large catering order. Told me to wait or get a refund. Why did it take them that long to tell me that? Who knows. It only took a minute for her to tell me. It’s disappointing. I have worked in customer service and food service before so I understand just how stressful it gets, but communication is everything.. I’m not sure this location has figured this out yet."

"Best ramen ever. Their vegetable broth is waaay tastier than the beef broth. Secret recipe for the best noodle soup dinner for two you can get: tomato&egg soup with vegetable broth, add extra noodles, and meat of your choice (I always do the pork ribs). Fantastic!"

"I havn't been to Sava's since before thier remodel. Ordinarily this place would be 5 stars all day long... however I believe due to the Art fair they were busier that usual and probably understaffed. That being said the staff was friendly yet rushed,service was attentive yet slow but the food was very good... unfortunately we never received the appetizer we put in andalthough we were not charged this is not the service I would expect from an establishment of this caliber. Slightly disappointedbut still loyal."
