"This place is now called Bou-Shays. I ordered two of there 5lb boiled crawfish specials to go. I arrived to pick it up and grabbed the bag noticing how light weight it was. I pulled the two bags out and it was very noticeable to be 3lbs at best. Told the staff and they came back with 10lbs. Wonder how many times that happen with inexperienced eyes. The crawfish themselves were spot on with flavor. But I was only able to salvage 5lbs of the 10lbs I purchased because they were extremely overcooked. The shells were very soft and mushy, and the meat just fell into pieces when you were lucky enough to pull some out. Won't be back for crawfish."
