"On the Morning of the 10 September 2023 I received excellent service from the staff at McDonald's Brackenfell, I wanted to surprise my family with breakfast before I went to work as they were in bed with flu so I decided to get us 3 boerie sausage mcmuffins according to me I had R150 in cash so I ordered 3 meals when I got to the paypoint windows I realized I only had R130 cash I was short with R3. 50 the cashier said I must give her the money she called her supervisor and they still assisted me... Thanku ladies u guys are awesome."

"I must say of all the Rocomamas outlets, the Okavango Mall is by far my best experience ever. The service was amazing and waitress was quick. We never had to look for her, she was very friendly in fact all of the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Their food was amazing compared to the other outlets I visited. Definitely will go back there and I definitely recommend Rocomamas, specifically the Okavango mall outlet"

"We come here a lot as it is close to us and we see it as a sort of tradition when my grandparents come to visit. I am in love with the chicken schnitzel and cheese sauce! It is my absolute favourite. Another favourite is the surf and turf. I am not such a fan of the burgers though. I feel that the food is always well priced and have had very little problems in the past. The waiters are always friendly however service is a bit slow when they are busy but that is to be expected. They always have great specials!"
