"I only have used the drive through in the last six months. It is conveniently open early and late. The morning staff are awesome, very nice people and never an incorrect order except in the summertime when the regular staff are off. It's much more hit and miss later in the evening when the drive through slows down, and orders are not always right. I've never had a really bad experience here, and it's really popular with some of the local seniors in the morning. I have not ever experienced screaming kids in this restaurant, which is a bonus for a McDonalds"

"Ate lunch here today with two other friends. The server finally showed up after we seated ourselves over 5 minutes later. We all ordered differently, I had the Mushroom Swiss melt, one had the Friday special Fish and Chips and the other had the club. One of the group originally wanted the French Onion Soup but they ran out last night ???? Isn't a specialty soup supposed to be made the day of and not served as a leftover. Ambiance is typical for Bradford and not very clean which brings me to the flies, house flies and lots of them. The server was sorry but had no explanation, meanwhile, we swatted at flies for the whole time - not pleasant. If I want to picnic with the flies I'll do it in the park. I might go back in a year or two but not sooner. Poor service."

"One of the reasons why my family and I really enjoy going to this particular Hero Certified Burgers located at 444 Holland Street W, Bradford ON is because the owner is the most delightful person. His personal attention to detail makes you feel like you're the most important customer he has. Any time we visit this Hero Certified Burger, it's always very clean which is really important to us. The quality of everything on the menu is of high standard and made to perfection. Always super fresh. Because Hero, Bradford, Ont. is managed properly, it is evident that the staff is very happy to be working there, as well. Great atmosphere! Excellent burgers and other food selections. Absolutely delicious Tempura Zucchini which even a child would substitute their perfect Hero fries for (no joke! ."

"Friday evening (January 28, 2022) my sister in the law and I went to pick up our order. It wasn't ready when we arrived, what was good after they told us when it was done (we went later because it doesn't make sense how our order would be 15 minutes if it was so big). My sister-in-law came back to the car and told me it wasn't ready and the staff was drinking. I went back with her to get it and record it, and yes, they drank. When they realized that I was received, an individual came to me and told me they were ready for a staff meeting and didn't want us to think they were just sitting around. 1) fairly safe staff sessions happen during closed hours. 2) regardless of whether they are actually ready for a meeting or not, you should not drink all openly. After this individual, another went up and knocked over our food. I didn't apologize, just saw her staff laugh and said blows. I saw us a little drunk. We will never use this place again, we are absolutely disgusting with the staff. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was really good. I also wanted to share the video, but it will only allow me to upload photos."
