"I absolutely LOVE Swiss Chalet and once I found this location last year, I refuse to go to any other one!!!!!The food here is always hot, fast, and looks appetizing. I've never had any problems with any of the servers here because they are all trained well, are friendly, attentive, and most importantly look like they enjoying working there.I had Jenna this time and she was simply amazing! GREAT SERVICE. I am now considered a regular at this Swiss Chalet and I always recommend this location to my family and friends!"

"Yummy food! First time here and definitely will be a regular spot for quality simple food. Subs, Pizzas and Patties!! I didn’t think that would work but it Really hit the tummy in a marvelous way.The staff are wonderful, polite-everyone feels welcomed and taken care of.I adore their famous patties (soft,warm good amount of pastry/meat ratio). I had the plain pattie-but they offer lettuce/tomato/mayo.One of the ladies recommended the “Assorted Sub” soooooo fresh, the whole sub just makes you realize how a real sub should taste lol.Last I had the “Mackay Special” pizza (Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Ham and Bacon) I think their crust is almost like a cracker (airy crunchy and light)!Overall 5/5"

"We ordered our meals for delivery with an extra gravy and a beef emperor with Au Jus plus other things. The au jus and gravy was not in the pocket and this has now happened several times that we pay for something and not get it.... We call and ask for a loan and for them to deliver our sauces and are said: "Yes, no problem, we will send them out and they will be there in 10-15 minutes." We waited for the sauces for at least 10 minutes and then said forget about our meals getting cold and we wanted to eat. The person with the Kaiser sandwich did not enjoy their meal at all because, how dry it was without sauces. We eat and look, and it's been 40 minutes since they say they send our sauces and they finally arrive and were thrown out immediately because we're finished our meal. It was very disappointing to see such terrible service and lack of responsibility from kitchen staff for their mistakes. The manager of the location has compensated us for an imperial meal, but it still does not make for the crappy meal and inacceptable kitchen service that has disappointed us several times. Make sure that you call your orders and specify special requests or additional condiments, as you cannot otherwise receive them."

"If these are the best wings in Brampton then I truly feel sorry for the city of Brampton and it's residents. These wings were just regular. Nothing fancy, nothing special just your run of the mill, everyday wings I could buy for more cheaper at any grocery chain outlet and cook or fry myself.Sauces are very limited and taste is below average. I will not be visiting this place again. There are many different wing places I would rather visit than this place. Sorry Brampton, you just don't know what wings should be or taste like if you consider this the best. It's a sad, sad day for Brampton."

"Nice atmosphere, great staff, great value for the money but food was average. Would pay for lunch again but wouldn't pay the extra for dinner. $14.99 for both lunch and brunch and that included coffee/tea, juice, slushy and pop. Went for lunch one day and brunch the next. The lunch was definitely better than brunch. The buffet was the same for both, however they added breakfast items for brunch and they were all way below average. The pancakes, waffles and french toast all tasted the same and had a weird, heavy texture. It's almost like they hand molded it all from white bread and mixed it with flavourings. I am not fussy and will ingest just about anything but I gave up on each after a few bites. They had a pasta chef on the egg station and our omelettes were burnt and our over-easy eggs were hysterical.....one hard cooked and the other broken and running all over the plate. They gave him the wrong utensils and he admitted he had never made eggs before. The best items were the beef barley soup, the make your own tacos and the cinnamon buns. I would go back for lunch but never breakfast. Breakfast was a total let down as we were expecting much better quality and selection. All floor staff were awesome and overall, a good experience."
