"I like A&W restaurants food. I visit different location in Hamilton, Simcoe Caledonia. I stopped at the Caledonia location for breakfast. I ordered The Classic Breakfast eggs over Med. Bacon Coffee and an extra hash brown. The eggs came out scrambled, I told staff and She offered to correct it. Due to time restraints I accepted the eggs. When I got to the table the Bacon was BURNT not edible at all, Coffee 1/2 to 3/4 cup luke warm. The toast was dripping in butter I scraped off a teaspoon of butter and the hash browns were warm at best. I left in disgust. I contacted A&W customer service and lodged a complaint. I received a confirmation of My complaint via e mail. I also receive a phone call from the Owner. We discussed My issues and He informed Me that he has recently taken over this location that was in such bad shape. He offered Me a replacement breakfast and a chance for Him to show how things have changed since under His Direction. I agreed and Then I received a confirmation e mail so He could Mail Me a letter."

"Our meal in Hill’s snack bar was incredible, the best breakfast around! you can not get any better home decoration, that was my favorite part of the meal, next to the show stop speck, loved that too! Beautiful clean place, they can sit in the...smoker or non-smoker area, very cozy"
