"The dining experience at Belthazar was an amazing dining experience. My wife and I were blown away at the presentation, service, family atmosphere, and taste of the food. Our servers Cole and Xavier were absolutely the nicest and friendliest servers we have ever had. I the honor and pleasure of meeting and having a conversation with the General Manager and Owner and what a wonderful conversation I had with the 2 of them. I know I am rambling at this point but what an awesome and amazing restaurant. The food was to die for. Fresh local seafood, fresh local.made desert the Malva Pudding) OMG blew me away. I had to go back on the night before I left Cape Town to get another slice. If you ever visit Cape Town, Belthazar Restuarant should be your first place you dine."

"Wowzers! I am so happy that this place is in Cape Town!<br br>/ had one of the best culinary experiences yet, my only negatiw is that the place is a bit tiny for my pleasure. it feels as if people can hear next to them, any bit of the conversation they have.<br br>/ the service was great, all have pointed to the details -it was refreshing!<br>/ I recommend the aranchini and the tiramisu <br/>I am sure that all their nets can keep their own, but are dessert and dessert the above."

"How can you not see yourself when cooked a michelin star gets for ambiente, service and eating from me? I'm not fussy when it comes to eating. as long as I have something to alleviate to mine. it's always a blessing. but I have always returned to cooked and I wondered why? after a past. boiled my taste buds to a degree in which I now in a position to recognize beautiful, fragrant, fresh, juicy, radiant food; from just the ordinary. truth is, as incredible taste, in healthy portions, for someone like me who can't afford to eat often, cooked is seriously worth money! a slowly boiled lamb cubiz or even the haloumi cubiz, with a disc of the best baked cheese cake in the world for after, and then a delish coffee and zigarette at the outside bar area. I'm good for the rest of the day and so I'm saving in food because I don't have to cook dinner for me. even if it's roasted egg on toast!"

"I have always driven and walked past Sotano but never been! So today I was happy to finally arrive when I had a meeting here! There were 3 of us and we had 6 tapas to share -short rib beef, delicious -pork belly which was exquisite and my favorite -calamari, really tasty -halloumi which was so tasty and had been char grilled a bit -sirloin steak, also delicious and the mustard sauce with it was amazing -lamb koftas, good All in all I had a really fantastic lunch, the vibe and setting was great, service good, bit on the slow side, and I will be back!"
